Who we are, where we work and what we do.
What does ApexGenTech do?
ApexGenTech is a software house offering AI integration, AI automation, AI consulting, custom software development, SAP and system integration, software licensing, cybersecurity, web development, SEO, digital marketing and IT support. We also build and run our own products: Nexora, Dijan ERP and EALW.
Where is ApexGenTech located?
We have offices in Canada, the UK, the UAE and Pakistan. Our Canada office leads AI consulting, enterprise software, SAP integration, software licensing and North American sales. Our UK and UAE offices serve businesses across the United Kingdom, the Emirates and the wider Gulf. Our Pakistan office serves clients across the country and worldwide and handles much of our development, web, SEO and digital marketing work.
When was ApexGenTech founded, and by whom?
ApexGenTech was founded in 2023 by Ghufran Khan, Founder and CEO, with Hamza Shahbaz as Co-Founder and Managing Director. You can read more about the team on our About page.
What size of company does ApexGenTech work with?
We work with large companies, growing businesses, small shops and schools. Our solutions are shaped to fit the way each organisation works, so a ten person business and a large enterprise both get something that fits.
Does ApexGenTech work in Saudi Arabia and Qatar?
Yes. Along with Canada, the UK, the UAE and Pakistan, we work with clients in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, especially for software licensing and cybersecurity. Most of our work can be done remotely, and offices in several time zones keep projects moving.

What is AI integration?
AI integration means connecting AI tools to the software your business already uses, such as email, documents, CRM, ERP, help desk or SAP, so AI helps your team inside their normal daily work instead of sitting in a separate app. Staff can search company documents, get quick answers, summarise long reports and draft replies without leaving the tools they know.
How can AI automation help my business?
AI automation takes repetitive work off your team: sorting email, entering data, filling forms, preparing reports and following up with customers. We build smart workflows and AI agents that run in the background so your people can focus on work that needs a human. It typically saves hours every week and reduces mistakes.

Will AI replace our staff?

Buying genuine software licences through ApexGenTech.
Which vendors does ApexGenTech software licensing cover?
Microsoft, Google Workspace, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Adobe, Autodesk, CorelDRAW, InPage, VMware, Veeam, Red Hat, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, CrowdStrike, Sophos, Bitdefender and Kaspersky. Each one has its own guide on our software licensing page.
Are ApexGenTech software licences genuine?
Yes. We only supply genuine software licences as an authorised reseller, with the vendor documents you need as proof of purchase.
Do you offer software licensing in Saudi Arabia and Qatar?
Yes. We supply software licensing to companies in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, as well as Canada, the UK, the UAE and Pakistan, with quotes prepared for local billing.
Can ApexGenTech help with a software licensing audit?
Yes. Our software asset management work gives you an accurate record of what you own and what you run, so you can answer a vendor review from Microsoft, Oracle, SAP or others with evidence.

What cybersecurity services does ApexGenTech offer?
Security awareness training with phishing simulations, penetration testing of websites, APIs, networks and cloud, and security audits against ISO 27001 and the NIST framework. See our cybersecurity services.
What is a cybersecurity penetration test?
A penetration test is a controlled attack on your systems, carried out with your permission, to find the weaknesses a real attacker would use. Our testing follows published methods such as those from the OWASP Foundation.
How does cybersecurity training reduce phishing?
Short, regular sessions and safe phishing simulations teach staff to spot scams and report them quickly. Over a few months, fewer people click and more people report, which stops attacks earlier.
Can ApexGenTech help us prepare for ISO 27001?
Yes. Our ISO 27001 gap assessment shows what is in place and what is missing, and we help you close the gaps before a certification body audits you.

Nexora platform FAQ
Our flagship cloud platform for running a company in one place.
What is Nexora?
Nexora is a cloud platform that brings the everyday running of a company into one place. It replaces scattered spreadsheets, emails and paper forms with one simple system your whole team can use. Modules cover help desk, asset management, software licences, visitors and gate control, transport, fleet, maintenance, work permits, training and QHSE.
Is Nexora only for health and safety?
No. Health, safety and quality (QHSE) is one part of Nexora. It also covers help desk, asset management, visitor management, employee transport, fleet, maintenance, work permits and training, all in one platform on one set of records.
Can we license only some Nexora modules?
Yes. Modules are licensed individually, so you buy what you use and switch on more later without changing systems. Reports, settings and the shared assets register come with the modules that need them.
Can other Nexora customers see our data?
No. Each company has a private tenant, and separation between customers is enforced at the database layer. Mandatory two factor authentication protects every user, and you decide what each person can see.
What happens if we leave Nexora?
A full export of your data, including every record and every uploaded document, is a built in feature and is delivered as one downloadable package. Your data stays yours.
How long does Nexora setup take?
Days rather than months, because your existing spreadsheets can be bulk imported with full validation. We help you set up modules, branches and users, and train your team in short sessions.

Dijan ERP and EALW FAQ
Products we build for retailers and for children.
What is Dijan ERP software?
Dijan ERP brings a fast POS, inventory, accounting and payroll together with FBR digital invoicing for retailers, wholesalers and distributors in Pakistan. Every sale gets an FBR invoice number and QR code. Read more on the Dijan ERP page.
Does Dijan ERP software keep working when the internet drops?
Yes. The POS keeps selling offline, stores each invoice securely and syncs everything with the cloud and FBR as soon as the connection returns.
What is EALW learning software?
EALW is an online learning platform for children from Kindergarten to Grade 5, built on the Ontario curriculum. Children join friendly characters on learning quests through Math Forest, English Castle and Science Galaxy, so practice feels like play.
What grades does EALW software cover, and does it cost anything?
EALW covers Kindergarten to Grade 5, with lessons in math, English and science. Parents can follow their child’s progress, and it is free to start.

Can you build custom software for my business?
Yes. When ready made software does not fit, we build custom software around how you actually work: web applications, business portals, mobile friendly systems and internal tools, designed, built and supported by our team.
Does ApexGenTech offer SAP integration?
Yes. We connect SAP with your other business systems so data moves automatically and accurately between them, with no copying by hand, fewer mistakes and faster reporting. We also integrate CRMs, ERPs, HR systems, help desks and outside APIs.
Who owns the software code and the data?
You do. Ownership of what we build for you is covered in our services terms, and Nexora customers can export all of their data at any time.
Does new software work with our existing systems?
Yes. We design integrations around what you already run rather than asking you to replace everything at once.
Can ApexGenTech improve our website and search ranking?
Yes. We design and build fast, modern, mobile friendly websites, and our SEO services help your business rank higher on Google and appear in AI search results. We also run digital marketing campaigns across search and social media.

What happens after launch, how we price work and how to begin.
Does ApexGenTech support software after launch?
Yes. We do not hand over and disappear. We offer support plans with clear service level agreements, set response times, regular maintenance and a team that knows your systems. See our Support and SLA page for the tiers.
How does ApexGenTech price software projects?
Custom work is quoted after we understand your needs, with a clear written scope. Nexora is licensed per module, and software licensing follows each vendor’s pricing. We explain the costs in plain language before you commit. See our Pricing page for how it works.
How does a software project usually run?
We discover your goals and constraints, plan the right solution, build in small steps so you see progress early and can give feedback, then launch and support. You always know what is happening and why.
