What is Nexora?

Nexora is a cloud based Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) and operations management platform, built by ApexGenTech, with twelve licensable modules.

What industries is it built for?

Manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, logistics and warehousing, facilities management, utilities, food processing, mining, and engineering services — anywhere there’s a physical site, contractors, equipment and a safety obligation.

Security and data

Can other customers see our data?

No. Separation is enforced at the database layer itself, and has been tested against a deliberate cross customer access attempt.

What happens if we want to leave?

A full export of everything — every table and every uploaded document — delivered as one package, on request.

Do you back up our data?

Yes, automatically, offsite, in a different data centre region, with a tested restore procedure and configurable retention.

Is two factor authentication supported?

It’s mandatory for every user.

Can we use our Microsoft accounts?

Yes, Microsoft Entra single sign on is supported, and single sign on users still complete two factor authentication.

Can we restrict what each person sees?

Yes, per user per module, on top of role based permissions.

Setup and onboarding

How long does setup take?

Days rather than months, because your existing spreadsheets can be bulk imported with full validation.

Can we send email from our own domain?

Yes, connect your own mail server, with a test and verification step.

Can we brand it?

Yes — your logo, your colours, and your own web address.

Pricing and licensing

How does licensing work?

Nine modules are licensed individually — Help Desk, Safety, Audits, Work Permits, Visitors, Cafeteria, Maintenance, Gate Keeper, and Training. Reports and Settings are always included. Turn on more modules later without switching systems.
