AI integration services: useful AI, where it actually saves time
No hype and no promises of magic. Our AI integration services add AI to your existing business software, from email and documents to CRM, ERP and SAP, only where it earns its place.
Who this is for
Who AI integration services are for
Teams with existing business software who want AI to remove specific, repetitive friction.
A concrete AI use case
You have a specific, repetitive task in your existing software that you want AI to take off people’s hands.
Not an “AI strategy” with no use case
This is not for a company looking for an “AI strategy” without a concrete use case.
What we do
What our AI integration services cover
Four practical patterns that fit inside the software you already use.
AI document extraction and summaries
Document extraction pulls the fields and summaries people currently copy out by hand.
AI drafting and suggestions in forms
A starting point inside the form you already use, never a forced answer.
AI classification and routing
Sort and route incoming work to the right queue or person.
AI search over your own documents
Find answers in what your company already has written down.
How we work
How we approach AI integration services
Three commitments on every project.
Start AI from measurable friction
We start from a specific, measurable point of friction.
A person can always review the AI
We keep the AI’s suggestion reviewable by a person rather than silently authoritative.
Transparent about data in AI
We are deliberate and transparent about where your data goes.
What you get

Three ways we help
AI integration, AI automation and AI consulting
AI is our main focus, and it is where we help businesses the most. Many companies know AI can help them, but they do not know where to start, which tools to trust, or how to make it work with their existing systems. We help in three connected ways, and most clients use more than one.
AI integration connects AI to the tools your business already uses, like email, documents, CRM, ERP, help desk and SAP. Instead of AI sitting on the side as a separate app, it works inside your daily workflow. Your team can search company documents, get quick answers, summarise long reports and draft replies without leaving the tools they know.
AI automation takes repetitive work off your team’s plate: sorting emails, entering data, filling forms, preparing reports, following up with customers and answering the same questions again and again. We build smart workflows and AI agents that handle routine tasks in the background, so your people can focus on work that needs a human.
AI consulting is for when you are not sure where AI fits. Our consultants look at how your business runs today, find the places where AI will make a real difference, and give you a clear plan you can follow step by step. We also help you choose the right AI tools, think through data privacy and security, and avoid spending money on AI projects that do not pay off.
AI agents and LLMs
AI agents and LLM integration with ERP, CRM and SAP
Some of the most useful AI integration work happens inside the systems that run the business. A large language model, or LLM, can read a purchase order, an email or a contract, then pass the right fields into your ERP, CRM or SAP. With retrieval over your own documents, it can answer questions using your procedures rather than the open internet.
AI agents go one step further. They follow a defined workflow on their own: read an incoming invoice, check it against the order, raise a query if something does not match and only pass clean invoices on for approval. We design agents with tight limits, clear logs and a person in the loop for anything that matters, so they save time without taking risks you did not agree to.
Document extraction is often the first win. Invoices, delivery notes, forms and scanned letters still arrive as PDFs and images, and people still type them in. Turning that into structured data automatically is a well understood problem with a clear saving, which makes it a good place to prove the value of AI integration before going further.
Where AI agents and LLMs help most:
- Document extraction from PDFs, scans and email
- LLM integration with SAP, ERP and CRM records
- AI agents for invoice, order and ticket workflows
- Retrieval over your own procedures and files
- AI automation of routine follow ups
Examples
Where AI earns its place in a typical business
The best AI projects are small, specific and boring in the best way. They remove an irritating task that dozens of people do every week. Here are the kinds of places we most often find them.
If your task looks like one of these, there is a good chance a small, well aimed AI feature will pay for itself quickly. If it does not, we will tell you so.
Six common starting points:
- Customer and IT support: read an incoming message, classify it, suggest a reply and route it to the right queue.
- Finance and administration: pull fields from invoices and forms, check them against records and flag differences for a person to review.
- Sales and marketing: summarise calls and notes, draft follow up emails and keep the CRM current without manual typing.
- Operations: turn long reports and logs into short summaries, and answer staff questions from company procedures.
- Management: prepare weekly status reports from the systems where the numbers already live.
- Knowledge: let staff search years of documents in plain language through an LLM and see where each answer came from.
Your data
AI data privacy and where your information goes
The first question sensible businesses ask about AI is where their data goes. We treat it as the first thing to settle, not the last. Before anything is built, we walk through exactly which information the AI will see, which tool or model will process it, where that processing happens, and what is kept afterwards.
From that conversation come decisions that suit your situation: which documents are suitable for AI and which are not, whether sensitive fields should be removed or masked before processing, whether a private or self hosted LLM is worth the extra cost, and who in your organization may use the feature. We keep a record of what was agreed so the arrangement is clear to everyone, including your auditors.
We also build with the assumption that AI is sometimes wrong. Suggestions are reviewable by a person rather than silently authoritative, and we design the workflow so mistakes are caught before they matter.
Realistic expectations
What AI does well, and what it does not
Honest advice about AI includes saying where it is a poor fit. AI is excellent at reading, summarising, drafting, sorting and searching large amounts of text. It is much less reliable at exact arithmetic, at decisions with legal or safety consequences and at tasks where one wrong answer is costly and nobody will check it.
We aim your project at the first group and put guardrails around the second. A good AI feature makes a person faster and better informed. It does not replace their judgement on anything that matters. That is also why we measure results: how much time was saved, how often the suggestion was accepted, and where people still step in.
How a project runs
From first conversation to a working AI feature
- 1
Discover the AI use case
We learn what the task is, who does it, how long it takes and what a good result looks like.
- 2
Plan the AI integration services
We agree the tool, the data involved, the safeguards and how success will be measured.
- 3
Pilot the AI feature
We build a small version with a few users, so you see real results early.
- 4
Review AI results
We look at the numbers and the feedback, and adjust before rolling out wider.
- 5
Launch and support the AI
We roll it out, train your team and keep it working as tools and needs change.

Governance
Keeping control: who may use AI, and how
Introducing AI without rules invites trouble. Staff may paste sensitive information into public tools, nobody knows which tools are in use, and a single mistake can reach a customer. A little governance prevents all of that without slowing anyone down.
As part of our work, we help you set simple rules: which tools are approved, what kinds of information may be used with each, who reviews AI output before it is sent, and how new tools are assessed. We write them in plain language so people actually follow them, drawing on public guidance such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and we help your team understand why they matter.
Measuring
Proving that an AI feature is worth it
An AI feature, whether it comes from AI integration, AI automation or AI consulting advice, earns its keep only if it saves more than it costs. Before we start, we agree how that will be measured: the time a task takes today, how often it happens, how many people do it and what an error costs. After the pilot we compare the same numbers, and we show you the result honestly, including cases where the saving is smaller than hoped.
If the numbers do not justify going further, we say so, and we stop. If they do, we have the evidence to roll the feature out with confidence and to decide where AI might help next.

FAQ
AI integration services FAQs
Is our data used to train an AI model?
We are careful and specific about data handling on every AI integration. We walk through exactly what happens with your data, and which model sees it, before anything is built.
Can a person always override the AI?
Yes. Our default approach keeps a human able to review and override any AI suggestion.
What kinds of AI features do you build?
Document extraction and summaries, drafting and suggestions in forms, classification and routing, search over your own documents, and AI agents that run routine workflows.
We do not know where to start. Can AI consulting help?
Yes. That is what our AI consulting is for. We look at how your business runs, find the places where AI will make a real difference, and give you a clear plan to follow step by step.
How long do AI integration services take?
It depends on the task, but we start small with a pilot so you see real results early rather than waiting months. We give you an estimate after the discovery conversation.
Will AI automation replace our staff?
Our aim is the opposite. We use AI automation for repetitive tasks so your people spend their time on judgement, relationships and problem solving.
What do AI integration services cost?
AI integration services are priced per project after a short discovery call, because the work depends on your systems and data. We start with one clear task, agree a fixed scope and only expand once the first AI integration services deliver measurable value.
Have a repetitive task AI could take off your team?
Tell us where the friction is. Through AI consulting, AI integration or AI automation, we will look at whether AI earns its place.
