Overview
Kaspersky licensing for small offices and growing companies
Kaspersky is widely used across the Middle East and South Asia, where many IT teams know it well from years of use. Its business range runs from Small Office Security for teams with a handful of computers to the Kaspersky Next family, which adds endpoint detection and response for larger organisations.
Kaspersky licensing for business is counted per device or per user, per year. Kaspersky Next comes in tiers: EDR Foundations for strong protection with basic investigation, EDR Optimum for fuller detection and response, and XDR Expert for security teams that want to correlate data across many sources. Management runs in the cloud console or in Kaspersky Security Center on your own server.
As an authorised Kaspersky reseller we help you choose the right tier, supply the licences and set up policies, updates and reporting properly.

Regulation
Check your rules before choosing Kaspersky
Some governments and regulated sectors restrict the use of Kaspersky products, and some large clients ask suppliers not to use them. Rules differ by country and by sector, and they change. Before quoting Kaspersky licensing we ask about your sector, your clients and any contracts that set security requirements.
If Kaspersky is not right for you, we will say so and suggest an alternative such as Bitdefender, Sophos or CrowdStrike. If it is permitted and fits, it remains a capable and familiar choice.
What we check before quoting Kaspersky:
- Your country and sector rules
- Client and contract requirements
- Insurer expectations
- Where management data is stored
- Your team’s existing skills
Setup
Setting up Kaspersky properly
Kaspersky products are capable, but default settings rarely match a real company, and a policy built for a bank is wrong for a design studio. We set update schedules, device control, web control and exclusions to fit how your people work, and we make sure every machine actually reports into the console.
Kaspersky describes its business range on the official Kaspersky business website. Our job is to turn that range into a working setup with clear monthly reporting.
Beyond tools
Kaspersky as part of a wider security plan
Endpoint security is one layer. We pair Kaspersky with security awareness training, penetration testing and backups through Veeam.
Our security audits check that Kaspersky policies are applied everywhere and that no machine has quietly dropped out of protection.
Moving tiers
Moving from older Kaspersky products to Kaspersky Next
Many companies still run older Kaspersky business products that were bought years ago and renewed out of habit. Kaspersky has since moved its business range to the Kaspersky Next family, and renewal is a good moment to check whether your current product still fits.
We review what you run today, which features your team actually uses and how many devices are really protected. Often the right answer is Kaspersky Next EDR Foundations for most machines, with EDR Optimum only where deeper investigation is needed. We also check that Kaspersky Security Center is patched and that every device is reporting in.
If the review shows that another product would suit you better, because of client rules or your team’s skills, we will tell you plainly and help you plan the change.
What we check at a Kaspersky renewal:
- Which Kaspersky product you run today
- How many devices really report in
- Which features your team uses
- Whether management is cloud or on premises
- Client and sector rules that apply
