Overview
Why a software house builds its own business management software
Most software houses only build for clients. We decided early to build our own products as well. Running business software that real people rely on every day keeps us honest. We feel every slow page, every confusing screen and every support call ourselves, and that experience shapes the work we do for clients.
Each of our products started with a problem we saw again and again. Companies running safety, visitors, gate passes and help desk requests across a dozen spreadsheets became Nexora. Shops in Pakistan struggling with FBR digital invoicing and patchy internet became Dijan ERP. Parents wanting learning that feels like play became EALW.
All three are built, hosted and supported by the same team that delivers our services, so when you buy one of our products you also get people who can connect it to your other systems or build what it does not yet do.

Nexora: one operations platform instead of a dozen spreadsheets
Nexora started with safety and grew from there. Today it covers the everyday operations of a workplace: requests to IT and facilities, the asset register, visitors at reception, gate passes at security, hazards and incidents, permits to work, audits, training, fleet, employee transport and the staff cafeteria.

Dijan ERP
Dijan ERP: retail ERP built around FBR rules
Dijan ERP was built for the reality of selling in Pakistan: FBR digital invoicing on every sale, sales tax rules that change with each buyer, and internet that cannot be trusted at the busiest moment. It keeps the counter running offline, sends invoices to FBR when the connection returns and updates stock and accounts automatically.

EALW
EALW: learning that feels like play
EALW is our product for families. Children from Kindergarten to Grade 5 join friendly characters on learning quests through Math Forest, English Castle and Science Galaxy, built on the Ontario curriculum. Practice feels like a game, and parents can follow their child’s progress as they go.
EALW is free to start. It reflects the same idea behind all our products: make something people genuinely want to use, and they will use it every day.
Support
How we host and support our business management software
Software is only as good as the people behind it. Our products run on secure cloud hosting that we manage ourselves, and we release fixes and improvements regularly without asking customers to install anything. Each customer’s data is kept separate, and Nexora customers can export a full copy of their data at any time.
When something goes wrong, you speak to the team that built the product, not a call centre reading from a script. Companies that need guaranteed response times can add a support plan, and every customer gets help with setup, training and importing their existing data so the first weeks go smoothly.
We also listen. Many of the features in Nexora and Dijan ERP today began as a request from a customer, and that is how we intend to keep improving our products for years to come.

Beyond our products
When off the shelf business software is not enough

What business management software does ApexGenTech make?
We make Nexora, an operations platform for workplaces; Dijan ERP, a POS and ERP with FBR digital invoicing for businesses in Pakistan; and EALW, online learning for children from Kindergarten to Grade 5.
Can we use only some Nexora modules?
Yes. Nexora is licensed per module, so you switch on only what you need, such as the help desk or visitor management, and add more later.
Is Dijan ERP only for Pakistan?
Dijan ERP is built around FBR and provincial sales tax rules in Pakistan, so it is designed for businesses there. Companies elsewhere may be better served by Nexora or a licensed ERP such as Odoo or SAP.
Is EALW free?
EALW is free to start. Children can begin learning quests straight away and parents can follow their progress.
Can you customise your business software for us?
Yes. Our custom software development team can add features, connect our products to your other systems or build something new alongside them.
