Cybersecurity services that start with your people

Practical cybersecurity services for companies in Canada, the UK, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Pakistan. We train your staff to spot phishing, test your systems the way an attacker would and audit your setup against recognised standards, then help you fix what we find.

Overview

Cybersecurity services for real businesses, not just banks

Most cyber attacks on small and midsize companies are not clever. A finance clerk opens an invoice that is not really an invoice. A manager reuses a password that leaked years ago. A server misses a patch for six months. A cloud folder is shared with anyone who has the link. None of these need a nation state behind them, and all of them happen every week.

Our cybersecurity services focus on those everyday risks. We teach people what to look for through security awareness training. We find the technical gaps through penetration testing. And we check your policies, settings and controls through a security audit, so the fixes stick.

We are a software house, so we understand how systems are built as well as how they break. Our founder holds the Certified Ethical Hacker certification, and the same people who test your systems can help your developers and IT team put things right.

Our cybersecurity services include:

  • Security awareness training and phishing simulations
  • Penetration testing of websites, apps, networks and cloud
  • Vulnerability assessment and retesting
  • Security audit and gap assessment against ISO 27001
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security reviews
  • Help fixing what we find

Three services

Three cybersecurity services that work together

People, systems and controls. Each service stands on its own, and they are strongest together.

Security awareness training

Short, practical sessions and realistic phishing simulations that teach staff to spot scams, report them and protect passwords, with results you can measure.

Penetration testing

Controlled attacks on your websites, applications, networks and cloud setup by qualified testers, with a clear report ranked by risk and a retest once you have made fixes.

Security audit

A structured review of your policies, settings and controls against ISO 27001, NIST and local rules, with a practical plan to close the gaps in order of importance.

Layers of protection

How our cybersecurity services cover each layer

Attackers look for the weakest layer. Good cybersecurity checks every one of them.

  2. Policies and processSecurity audit against ISO 27001 and local rules
  3. Applications and APIsWeb and mobile penetration testing
  4. Network and devicesInternal and external penetration testing
  5. Cloud and emailMicrosoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS and Azure reviews
  6. DataBackups, access rights and encryption checks

Which service when

Which cybersecurity service do you need first?

A simple guide. If you are not sure, start with a short conversation and we will suggest the right first step.

Choosing between our cybersecurity services

A client or regulator wants evidence of good securitySecurity auditA structured review against a known standard gives you a report you can share.
You have never had any security reviewSecurity audit, then penetration testingUnderstand the big picture first, then test the most important systems.

How attacks happen

Where cybersecurity really fails

When we look back at incidents our clients have faced, the pattern is clear. The attacker almost never breaks in through something exotic. They send a convincing email, guess or buy a password, or find a forgotten system that nobody has patched. Then they move quietly until they find something valuable.

That is why our cybersecurity services do not start with expensive tools. They start with the basics done properly: people who recognise phishing, accounts protected by multifactor sign in, systems that are patched, backups that are tested and access that matches each person’s job.

The five ways attackers usually get in:

  • Phishing emails and fake invoices
  • Reused or leaked passwords
  • Unpatched servers and websites
  • Cloud storage shared too widely
  • Former staff who still have access

Standards

Cybersecurity standards we work to

We do not invent our own rules. Our penetration testing follows the methods published by the OWASP Foundation for web applications and APIs. Our security audits map to ISO 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and where they apply, to local frameworks such as the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority controls or the UK Cyber Essentials scheme.

Using recognised standards means our findings make sense to your auditors, insurers and clients, not just to us. It also means you can measure progress from one year to the next.

Cloud and email

Cybersecurity for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and the cloud

For most companies, email and cloud storage now hold more sensitive information than any server in the office. That makes Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS and Azure the first places we look. The settings that protect them are powerful, but many are switched off by default or set up once and never reviewed.

We check the controls that matter most: multifactor sign in for every account, rules that block risky sign ins, protection against forwarded and spoofed email, sharing limits on files, administrator accounts kept to a minimum, and audit logs switched on so you can see what happened if something goes wrong.

These reviews are quick, usually finished within days, and they often close more risk per hour than any other part of our cybersecurity services. They also make good use of features you are already paying for, which keeps the cost of better security low.

What a cloud security review checks:

  • Multifactor sign in for every user
  • Email spoofing protection with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Sharing limits on files and folders
  • Fewer, better protected admin accounts
  • Logs kept long enough to investigate

Fixing

Cybersecurity services that end with fixes, not just a report

A long report that nobody acts on does not make anyone safer. Every finding we write includes a plain explanation of the risk, who could exploit it and exactly what to do about it, ranked so you know where to start.

Because we are a software house, we can help with the fixes too. Our custom software development team can correct code, our support plans can take over patching, and our software licensing team can make sure you have the right security features in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Our own Nexora platform security is built on the same principles we test for.
